Welcome! I am Victoria "Tori" McCollum.

My road to Educational Leadership has been long and winding, which provides me with unique perspectives and experiences you will find valuable on your school leadership team.

I am, and have been, many things in my life: military spouse, mother and homemaker, doula and childbirth educator, and small business owner.

I have served my community's public and private schools as a volunteer, a classroom teacher of 10 years, and now an educational leader.

To everything, I bring a deep and abiding care for the whole person. I have the experience in leadership and management to know that the while head of an organization is visionary, even the best-intentioned of visions fails without consideration and buy-in of the community.

Servant-Leader

I believe that a principal's job is not merely the management of the school and its systems, or leadership over curriculum, but the development and leadership of the staff. If the vision of a Catholic school is a community where all students come to be challenged and to grow to embrace the fullness of God's promise to them, we bring that to fruition through our own growth as a student-centered staff, united in our love of Christ.
